Because of the custom and handmade nature of our product's, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please be sure to double-check your pet's name, contact information, and design choices before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged or there's an error on our part, please contact us within 5 business days so we can make things right.
